Who Is This Workshop For?

Can I join as a complete beginner?

You can participate if you already know how to operate your camera, as we won’t have time to cover the very basics of camera settings. However, I will explain the exact settings I use, and if you know your camera, you’ll be able to follow along easily. So yes, you can be a beginner photographer as long as you’re familiar with your camera.

I already know basic lighting techniques—will I be bored?

Not at all! The concepts and themes are unique and exciting, making the shooting experience enjoyable. Plus, you’ll leave with a truly special series of portfolio images.

What Do You Need to Bring?

  • A camera with a fully charged battery and an empty memory card
  • Lenses: I’ll be using an RF 28-70mm lens throughout the workshop, which is perfect for all setups. If you don’t have a similar zoom lens, a 50mm or 85mm prime lens is also a great choice.
  • A pen and notebook. You’re also welcome to take behind-the-scenes photos to help you remember what you’ve learned.

Refreshments

Coffee, soft drinks, pastries, and snacks will be provided.
